会社概要

会社沿革

当社は1974年7月に設立したインターナショナルマリンコンサルタント（株）を前身としてスタートし、船舶管理業務、及び外国船主向けの新造監督業務を軸として成長してきた。1985年11月、社名をエム・エム・エス（株）へ改めると同時に組織強化を図り、シンガポール支店の開設（2009年）やニューデリー支店の開設（2016年）により、多様なニーズにも対応できる体制を築いてきた。船員の採用、訓練、配乗等のマンニング業務を行う会社をフィリピンに3社、インドに1社設立し、質の高い船員を採用・育成し、安全運航の確保を図り、顧客に満足いただける船舶管理サービスの提供をしている。2018年にはトレーニングセンターの運用を開始し、船員のより一層の品質向上を図ることとしている。
明治海運（株）グループの船舶管理会社として、当社以外にシンガポールにMMS Bulkship Management(Singapore) Pte. Ltd. 旧名：Neom Maritime (Singapore) Pte Ltd（1997年）、マニラにMMS Bulkship Management (Philippines), Inc. 旧名：Phil-Bright Ocean Ship Management, Inc.（2012年）、ニューデリーにMMS Ship Management (India) Pvt. Ltd.(2019年) を設立し、海外ビジネスの基盤強化を図ってきている。
